    研究工作:
  •   本课题组主要是以核磁共振(NMR)方法为主,结合其它分子生物学手段来研究膜蛋白的结构、功能与分子机制。目前课题组的主要研究内容有:

      1. 解析线粒体中关键膜蛋白及其复合物的三维结构,并基于结构进行功能分析,提出并验证这些蛋白质发挥生理功能或引发代谢疾病的分子机制。

      2. 免疫应答中跨膜信号转导的机制,以及肿瘤微环境对免疫受体分子和配体分子功能影响的分子基础。
