  • 2002年毕业于浙江大学医学院临床医学系获得MD。2006年毕业于中国医学科学院中国协和医科大学获得PhD。2006年至2010年在美国哈佛大学医学院波士顿儿童医院从事博士后研究,并于2009年任哈佛大学医学院讲师和Research Associate。2010年9月起至2016年8月任中国科学院上海生命科学研究院营养科学研究所研究员,研究组长。2016年9月起任职于中国科学院上海生命科学研究院生物化学与细胞生物学研究所研究员,研究组长。曾获得国际心脏研究会ISHR—“杰出研究员奖”、国家杰出青年科学基金、 “英国皇家学会-牛顿高级学者基金”、中国青年科技奖、中国科学院青年科学家奖、谈家桢生命科学创新奖、科学探索奖、上海市自然科学奖一等奖、上海市青年科技杰出贡献奖、新基石研究员、中科院青年科学家国际合作伙伴奖等。多次获得中国科学院“优秀研究生指导教师”称号、“中国科学院大学领雁奖”、“中科院优秀导师奖”、“朱李月华优秀教师”奖等。

    研究工作:
  • 研究组主要利用基于同源重组酶系统的遗传谱系示踪技术,在哺乳动物体内进行细胞标记及追踪来研究细胞起源及命运,揭示发育、疾病、再生过程中的细胞分化、增殖、衰老、死亡等细胞命运过程,并阐明细胞命运调控的分子机制,为相关疾病治疗提供重要理论基础和新的研究方向,解决了领域内多个重要科学问题,取得系统性原创成果。代表性研究工作发表在Cell、Nature、Science等国际学术期刊,其中发现哺乳动物新生期心脏具有重新生成冠状动脉的能力的成果入选“中国科学十大进展”;创建的谱系示踪新技术解决了近20年来国际心血管领域内关于心脏干细胞与心肌再生的争议问题;建立了双重组酶介导的遗传学技术和邻近细胞遗传学技术,从全新的角度揭示了器官发育与修复再生的调控机制。目前,我们的研究主要包括以下几个方面:

    1、建立和发展谱系示踪及遗传操作新技术,实现哺乳动物体内更为精准、高效地遗传示踪和操作,揭示器官发育与组织再生过程中细胞分化、增殖、衰老、死亡等过程,并阐明其遗传与表观遗传调控机制。

    2、建立邻近细胞遗传操作新技术,深入解析哺乳动物体内细胞-细胞交流过程,探索体内细胞微环境对干细胞命运调控的机理,为促进体内干细胞有效扩增和诱导分化提供理论基础。

    3、探索异种器官再造技术,致力于实现重要器官的异种再造,研究成果将来可以为人类器官再造和移植奠定重要理论基础和技术平台。

    实验室的长远目标是实现器官原位再生和异体器官再造,为相关疾病治疗提供新思路和新策略。


      研究组朝气蓬勃,积极向上,团结进取,学术气氛活跃,致力于成为 “严谨、团结、创新”的谱系示踪与细胞命运研究团队。近几年来,研究组每年都有学生获得国家奖学金、中科院院长奖、优秀毕业生、优秀博士论文等,培养的多位学生已赴国外顶尖学府(如哈佛大学等)从事博士后研究,或已在国内知名大学和科研院所任独立PI(如复旦大学、同济大学、西湖大学、上海科技大学、中科院药物所等)。
