    个人简介:
  •   2006年获武汉大学博士学位。2006年至2014年先后在爱尔兰利默里克大学与都柏林圣三一学院从事博士后研究。2014年10月回国工作,现任中科院分子细胞卓越创新中心,中科院上海生化与细胞所课题组长,博士生导师。获2015年上海市“浦江人才计划A类”资助。

    研究工作:
  •   膜蛋白参与物质转运、信号转导、能量代谢、膜脂合成等基本生命过程,在疾病发生中也起着重要作用。

      我们实验室主要运用冷冻电镜和X-射线晶体学技术解析膜蛋白的三维结构,阐释其作用机制。重点研究参与脂质(磷脂与固醇)代谢及重要病原微生物侵染过程的蛋白质。研究成果将能够丰富我们对这些生命过程的理解,并为开发具有代谢调控活性和具有医药应用前景的小分子化合物及大分子抗体药物提供结构基础。
