  •   2010年毕业于哈尔滨工业大学,获学士学位;2017年毕业于中国科学院生物化学与细胞生物学研究所,获博士学位;2017年于哈佛大学医学院/波士顿儿童医院从事博士后研究(获CRI Irvington Postdoctoral Fellowship资助);2020年晋升为哈佛大学医学院讲师。2021年4月起担任中国科学院分子细胞科学卓越创新中心(中科院生化细胞所)研究员、研究组长、博士生导师。入选国家科技人才计划和上海市浦江人才计划。

  •   近几年的突破性科学发现揭示了黏连蛋白(cohesin)通过染色质环挤压方式(loop extrusion)调控细胞核内一些生物学过程,如促进DNA损伤修复中心的形成,调控B淋巴细胞V(D)J重排等。这些发现表明如何精确调控染色质环挤压过程不仅是对基因组稳定性和抗体多样化至关重要,也是非常重要的生物学问题之一。

      我们实验室主要以小鼠胚胎发育及淋巴细胞发育过程为研究内容,综合运用发育生物学、免疫学、表观遗传学和三维基因组学等技术方法,探索染色质三维结构变化与基因表达调控的关系。在未来几年,我们将聚焦于(但不局限于)染色质环挤压模型在生物体发育与疾病发生发展过程中的调控机理,为人类发育缺陷、自身免疫和淋巴瘤等疾病的防治提供新的理论依据及治疗靶点。
