  • 2011年毕业于河北经贸大学; 2018年毕业于中科院计算生物学研究所,获计算生物学博士学位;2018年12月至2024年6月于芝加哥大学从事博士后研究; 拟于2024年7月起任中科院分子细胞科学卓越创新中心 (生物化学与细胞生物学研究所) 研究员,研究组长,博士生导师。

    研究工作:
  • 非编码RNA及其化学修饰是基因调控网络中的核心调节因子,它们在RNA与蛋白质、DNA及其他RNA等生物大分子的相互作用中起着关键作用。这种相互作用对调节染色质重塑和基因转录活化至关重要, 从而影响一系列生物学过程。通过结合表观转录组学、表观遗传学、基因组学和计算生物学等交叉学科的优势,采用干湿实验相结合的研究方法,我们将:

    (1)深入探索非编码RNA及其化学修饰在染色质重塑和基因转录活化中的调控模式、机制和生物学功能。

    (2)解析非编码RNA及其化学修饰在神经退行性疾病和癌症等人类重大疾病中异常代谢的成因与后果,及其在免疫治疗中的作用与机制。

    (3)通过数据整合和深度数据挖掘,研究非编码RNA的命运决定模式。

    我们的研究目标是深化对具有调控功能的非编码RNA及其化学修饰的理解,拓展其应用潜力,为疾病的预防、诊断和治疗提供新的分子靶点和策略。欢迎加入我们!
