  • 2007年本科毕业于武汉大学(生物科学)和华中农业大学(食品质量与安全),2013年博士毕业于中科院生物化学与细胞生物学研究所。2013-2018年在北卡罗来纳大学教堂山分校药理系(UNC-ChapelHill)和美国国家心理卫生院精神药物筛选中心(NIMH-PDSP)从事博士后研究。2018年9月加入中科院生物化学与细胞生物学研究所,任研究员、研究组长、博士生导师。近年来,共申请中国发明专利7项,国际PCT专利3项。其中两项专利已完成产业转让,相关化合物进入临床申报阶段。先后入选国家杰出青年科学基金,“谈家桢生命科学创新奖”,“药明康德生命化学研究奖”等资助。

  • 神经精神药物药理及药物设计
    研究工作:
  •   本研究组主要针对精神分裂症、抑郁及焦虑症、痴呆症等神经和精神疾病,开展神经精神药物与其靶点的结构药理研究,以此为基础展开“更有效”“更安全”的新一代药物设计,为神经系统疾病提供创新治疗和干预方案。

    实验室近期的研究方向包括:

    1. 精神类疾病药物药理特征研究
    2. 与神经系统疾病相关的孤儿受体配体发现
    3. 以结构为导向的靶向药物设计
