  •   1983毕业于第二军医大学军医系(临床医学),留校任教,1988年获得国家教委青年奖学金赴德国留学;1989-1993在德国乌尔姆大学医学院攻读医学博士,获得医学博士学位,继后在乌尔姆大学血液肿瘤研究所任博士后;1994年起在德国马普科学院生化所博士后、高级研究人员和课题负责人;2000年受聘于中科院上海生物化学与细胞生物学研究所,任研究员,博士生导师。现任中科院分子细胞科学卓越创新中心研究员,课题组长,2012年起任上海科技大学生命技术学院特聘教授。

      曾担任上海第二军医大学国际合作生物信号传递研究中心客座教授,兼副主任,并获得过一项解放军科技进步一等奖和两项解放军科技进步三等奖,获得上海市优秀学科带头人称号,国务院特殊津贴获得者。曾担任上海生科院生物化学与细胞生物学研究所所长助理,国家分子生物学重点实验室副主任,中科院蛋白质组学重点实验室副主任,中科院上海临床中心癌症研究中心主任,中国蛋白质组学学会常务委员,上海生物工程学学会理事, 上海生命科学联盟首轮会长。

      现任上海细胞生物学学会理事长,中国细胞生物学学常务会理事,中国细胞学会细胞结构和细胞行为专业分会会长,长三角助力创新联盟(“一市三省”科协共同签署)常务理事。科技部重大科学研究计划(973)项目首席科学家主持,自然科学基金重点和重大项目首席主持,负责多项国家级和中国科学院科的研究项目,上海市优秀学科带头人计划等项目的研究工作。

  •   磷酸化蛋白信号通路和细胞极性信号在细胞命运,细胞行为和肿瘤(肝癌)发生发展调控作用和机制

      主要关注受体型酪氨酸磷酸化蛋白质激酶及其跨膜信号调控蛋白质复合物和细胞极性信号与细胞命运,迁移、增殖和肿瘤发生的相关性研究:(1) 生长因子受体(HER家族, FGFRs,VEGFR)及其跨膜蛋白复合物(SIRPs,SHP1/2, Csk-Cpb, SFKs,)介导信号调控网路生物学功能和肿瘤中作用的研究;(2)细胞极性蛋白复合物Par-复合物(Par3/Par6/aPKC/Cdc42/Lgl)和紧密连接蛋白复合物(Occludin)细胞极性的功能和非细胞极性功能研究;(3) Par复合物在细胞命运决定,迁移,增殖及肿瘤发生发展功能和机制研究。
