1993年复旦大学微生物系毕业，获学士学位。1999年德国Free University Berlin毕业，获硕士学位。2003年德国Justus-Liebig-University Giessen毕业，获博士学位。2008年回国后，任中科院上海生科院生化与细胞所研究员，研究组长。

　　RNA结合蛋白是一类能够结合单链或双链RNA的蛋白质。越来越多的实验结果表明RNA结合蛋白参与了RNA代谢过程中几乎各个步骤，在各种生命活动中发挥重要功能。RNA结合蛋白编码基因的突变、扩增、缺失或者RNA结合蛋白的表达与性质变化与许多人类疾病密切相关。我们通过采用多学科手段，探索RNA结合蛋白调控基因表达的分子机制以及在人类疾病中这些机制是如何失调的。我们特别关注RNA结合蛋白调控RNA加工的机制与功能。RNA加工是RNA成熟并发挥功能所必不可少的步骤，也是基因表达过程中的一个重要调控层面，在这一方向上的研究内容主要包括：1. RNA结合蛋白调控mRNA可变剪接的分子机理研究;2. RNA结合蛋白在肿瘤发生发展中的机制与功能研究;3. 神经发育紊乱中RNA与染色质相互作用的调控机制研究等。
