  •   1992年山东大学微生物系微生物学专业毕业,获理学学士学位;2001年北京大学生命科学院分子细胞生物学专业毕业,获理学博士学位;2001-2004年在美国哈佛大学医学院从事博士后研究工作;2004-2008年在美国德州大学西南医学中心从事博士后研究工作。2008年6月起任中科院上海生科院生物化学与细胞生物学研究所(现中国科学院分子细胞科学卓越创新中心)研究员,研究组长。

  •   细胞是生命活动的基本单元,细胞的生长、增殖、分化、机体发育以及对环境刺激的应答,代谢水平的维持等基本生命活动均受到多种细胞内外信号的动态调控。细胞感受细胞内外多种信号,协调机体内周围的细胞做出特定的反应,是机体生命活动的基础。而相关调控的异常也将导致包括发育疾病、癌症、代谢类疾病在内的多种严重疾病的发生。深入理解细胞内在调控规律是理解细胞的正常功能以及人工干预和纠正细胞疾病状态下异常功能的基础。

      以进化上最为保守的信号通路,Hedgehog(Hh)信号通路为抓手,实验室综合利用细胞生物学、发育生物学、生物化学、分子生物学、遗传学等技术手段和方法,在分子、细胞、组织、器官及动物整体等多个层次研究Hh通路及其相关信号通路的分子调控机制以及其在机体组织器官发育、代谢、干细胞干性维持及肿瘤发生发展中生物学功能。
