  • 2001年获武汉大学学士学位,2007年获中科院上海生科院健康科学研究所博士学位,2008至2013年在美国安德森癌症中心(MD Anderson Cancer Center)做博士后研究,并成为奥德赛学者(Odyssey Fellow)。2013年8月起担任中科院生物化学与细胞生物学研究所研究员,研究组长,博士生导师。

  • 细胞代谢调控与癌症等重大疾病
    研究工作:
  • 细胞代谢是维持生命活动的基础,而肿瘤的发生发展与代谢重塑紧密相关。为了适应自身基因突变和外部环境变化(如营养供给、免疫状态及饮食习惯等),肿瘤细胞会灵活调整代谢路径,以获取快速增殖所需的物质、能量,并维持内部氧化还原平衡。值得注意的是,某些基因突变还会导致代谢中间产物异常堆积,这些物质可进一步影响细胞内的信号传递与基因表达,从而促进肿瘤生长、转移,甚至导致治疗抵抗。本实验室聚焦于肿瘤代谢调控机制的研究,旨在探索代谢相关的生物标志物和潜在治疗靶点,为癌症的精准防治提供科学依据与新策略。

    课题组聚焦以下三个研究方向:

    1. 代谢物的信号调节功能
    2. 肿瘤发生、转移及免疫逃逸的代谢调控机制
    3. 肿瘤营养及靶向干预策略
