Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica (生物化学与生物物理学报)是由中国科学院分子细胞科学卓越创新中心主办的英文期刊，主要发表分子生物学，生物化学与生物物理领域的研究论文、综述、短讯以及观点等文章。ABBS开放获取出版，致力于打造一本具有国际影响力的高品质学术期刊。现因工作需要面向海内外公开招聘1名全职科学编辑。

岗位职责：
（1）追踪学科领域科研前沿动态，策划并组织优质稿件；
（2）稿件处理，包括稿件初审，送审，撰写审稿意见以及稿件录用后的编校出版；
（3）参加国内外学术会议, 与科研人员建立并保持密切联系；
（4）撰写中英文宣传材料，参与期刊的宣传推广；
（5）配合期刊编委会开展工作，完成编辑部交办的其他任务。
应聘条件：
（1）近年来获得生物化学、分子生物学、生物物理学或相近专业博士学位；有海外经历或者博士后经历者优先；
（2）在主流学术期刊上以第一作者身份至少发表过1篇研究论文；
（3）能及时跟踪科研动态，具有较强的沟通、策划、宣传能力；
（4）具有良好的中英文写作和口头表达能力，熟练应用日常办公和编辑软件；
（5）有较强的责任心和良好的团队协作意识。

About the Journal
Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica(ABBS) is an internationally peer-reviewedjournal sponsored by the Center for Excellence in Molecular Cell Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The journal publishes original research articles, reviews, short communications, opinions, perspectives, and letters to the editor in the fields of molecular biology, biochemistry, and biophysics. ABBS is an open‑access journal committed to becoming a high‑quality, internationally influential academic publication. To support our continued growth, we are now seeking one full‑time Science Editor to join our editorial team.

Responsibilities
1.Track cutting‑edge research developments, andcommissionhigh-quality articles and original research papers;
2.Manage the full manuscript processing cycle, including initial assessment, peer‑review assignment, drafting decision letters, and copyediting and production;
3.Attend academic conferences, and establish and maintain close contacts with the scientific community;
4.Write promotional materials in both Chinese and English;
5.Collaborate with the journal's editorial board and perform other tasks assigned by the editorial office.
PreferredQualifications
1.Hold a recent Ph.D. degree in biochemistry, molecular biology, biophysics, or a closely related field; overseas or postdoctoral experience is preferred;
2.Have published at least one research paper as first author in a mainstream academic journal;
3.Strong communication, planning, and promotional skills;
4.Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English; proficiency in standard office and editorial software;
5.A strong sense of responsibility and excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
